How a credit note is created

You always refund from the order. The Refund window asks what goes back.

  1. 1Open the order and click Refund in the payment overview.
  2. 2Choose items, shipping cost or sitting fee and a reason. For bank transfer and cash, confirm that you paid the money back yourself.
  3. Pixalo creates the credit note and sends it to the family. With PayPal and Stripe the money goes back automatically.

Downloads are blocked

If you refund a digital image file, the family can no longer download it. Everything else about refunds is under Orders.
