Online sign-up for the photo day
You send a link, parents register their child and give consent digitally. The children land directly in your groups and you keep the proof in writing.
Turn sign-up on for an event
Open the event and switch on the online sign-up. The switch shows right away how many children are registered. One click on the card opens every setting.

- 1Switch and sign-up counter
Nothing is stored in advance
The record is created only when parents click the link in the confirmation email. An unconfirmed form leaves no data behind.
The counter is live
The number next to the switch counts confirmed sign-ups. Withdrawals and conflicts are listed separately further down the card.
Everything in the expanded area
The expanded card holds everything you need for this photo day: the parent link, the closing date, the consents, the template for the poster and the list for the school or nursery.

- 1Parent link with a copy button
- 2Closing date: after this day the form accepts nothing more
- 3Consents: portrait and gallery are fixed, the group photo is yours to add
- 4QR code for the poster and the parent letter
- 5Print: creates the poster with the QR code
Two links, two purposes
The parent link opens the form. The group link shows only the list of names, without contact details. Each carries its own key.
Renew the key
If a link ends up in the wrong hands, renew the key. The old link stops working at once and children already registered stay.
The group photo question
Switch the question on when you take group or class photos. The answer shows later in your list and on the photo cards.
Free field
An optional field for notes from parents, for example sibling wishes or pick-up times.
Print the poster and the parent letter
Pick a template and click print. Pixalo turns it into a finished sheet with your studio, the date of the photo day and a QR code that leads straight to the sign-up form. Put it up in the building or hand it to parents.

Your own template
In the card designer you build your own template with your logo and your colours. It then appears in the same list.
The QR code carries the key
It leads straight to your form. If you renew the key, print the poster again.
What parents see
The form asks for the child and the group, then for consent. The individual portrait and the gallery are required, the group photo stays optional. Siblings can be registered in the same form. The text names the controller and points out the right to withdraw.

No account needed
The list for the school or nursery
The group link shows a printable list per group. You see at a glance who is registered, who allowed the group photo and who is excluded. The list holds no parent contact details.

On the photo day
Print the list or open it on a tablet. A withdrawn child is marked in red, so is a missing group photo consent.
Withdrawal and proof
Parents withdraw through the link in their email. It takes effect immediately: the child is marked in your lists and taken out of the gallery mailing. Every consent and every withdrawal is logged with a timestamp, and you can download the proof as a PDF.
Photos are not deleted
A withdrawal stops the mailing and marks the child. You delete existing photos yourself if the parents ask for that.
