What should my child wear on picture day?
Ideally something they feel comfortable in. Calm colors and small patterns leave plenty of room for the face. A favorite piece is welcome too. A relaxed child matters more than the perfect outfit.
My child is shy. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We take time to settle in. Nobody has to smile or join in if it doesn’t feel right. A quiet look can be just as beautiful as a big grin.
Are sibling photos possible?
If it fits the organization, very gladly. Please check your setting’s information or ask before picture day so we can plan the time together.
Where do I find my access code?
The code is on your photo card or in the picture day message. If you can’t find it, get in touch with the name of the setting and the photo date. Please don’t share your code publicly.
When are the pictures ready?
You’ll be told the processing time around picture day. As soon as the gallery is ready, you can open your pictures with your personal access code.
